We came home on a Sunday evening to our heat being out. I called Robby and left a VM and he called me back later that night and tried to help troubleshoot what our issue was so we wouldn't have to be without heat. We have never used him before and he did this without even knowing us. He was at our house first thing on Monday morning and had us a temporary fix until the part we needed came in (which was only a couple days later). He also took the time to check in on us to make sure everything was still working properly. We HIGHLY recommend him. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything.

Robby and team came to our business to quote a new HVAC unit, he was one of many companies to give us a quote, these things are expensive and research is important. After receiving multiple quotes (ranging between $8k-$15k) he said that he would like to try to fix the current unit rather than replacing it. Guys. It worked. My air has been at a steady 71 degrees since he came in, and before it would do good to get down to 78. As a female, it can be a very frustrating experience, dealing with things like this. I never felt like he was trying to pull one over on me. He even stopped back by that afternoon to make sure everything was still working properly. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would.

Robby was able to come same day and in short order was able to diagnose and repair heater. I had a company that came earlier in the day and wanted 1475$ to replace a blower after Robby diagnosed he found out it wasn't a blower and was able to fix for under 200$. Very professional, will keep you informed during the process. We needed work to repair the duct transitions, duct board and replace rain shield from the unit to the house. Robby has personally answered the phone every time I called, and scheduled site visits as quick as possible. I had them give me a quote on a heat pump shield, another company (doing insulation) said they could include the shield in their job. When the second company wasn't competent in installing shields, Robby was quick to come out and get it done right at a fair price. Will definitely be coming back for more HVAC work in the future.

This review has been delayed just because life is busy but if I could give more stars I would. I was home with my daughter and her 2-year-old during a heat wave when the A/C went out. One vendor came out and quoted an astronomical amount and would not be able to get to it until the following week. Robby came out and added some Freon so we could have some air. He didn’t charge me for it and I had not even signed a contract yet. He just knew we were miserable and wanted to help. He also helped me on final installation day with an issue with my hot water heater. So great to have an honest, helpful contractor!

Robby's Heating and Cooling replaced my heat pump recently. His business was quick to respond, access the unit, and explain the problem with my unit. Robby told me what the problem was and gave me an estimate to have it repaired. I decided to have the unit replaced, since it was about 15 years old. He helped me get the unit financed. I am a widow and on a fixed income, so I am able to make payments on my unit. He and his workers did an excellent job installing the unit. They were all so nice and friendly! They came and fixed my AC unit quickly and refilled the cooling gas. It's reasonably priced and has a friendly staff. I would use them again if my AC unit went down again.

Robby seems to be a very honest person. My location was a bit far for him to travel and he let me know right up front. Many places would have scheduled and then just not shown up if time didn't permit. If Robby were closer to me I would definitely be using him.

Overall, the experience was ok. We needed help when our HVAC quit working properly and they came out promptly to check it out. Turned out to be a bad defrost circuit board which I felt was pretty expensive for a not-very-complex board but guess that's the way some things are. So far it has been working as it should hopefully it will continue for a while as replacing the unit will be like buying a car. At any rate, I think they were honest with me so you should give them a call if your HVAC is giving you a headache.

We had 2 different companies come check our system and neither one could fix it. Robby had it running in 2 hours. Did a lot of extra cleaning it needed for a great price. Highly recommend!
