I wish there were more than 5 stars on these reviews because Robby & his team deserve at least 10 stars!!! Robby’s Heat & Air are always prompt & punctual. Their level of technical expertise is exceptional. I called Robby yesterday to clean and check out a condensing unit that had been flooded during last weekend’s floods on the Clearwater Road. Expert Technician Billy came out this morning, jumped into action and was done before lunch. Now the unit looks like new and works perfect. Charges were very reasonable (no complaints there). I use Robby’s exclusively to service my heat pumps and I have never had a negative experience.

These folks are awesome to deal with and I am very particular. They perform a springtime and a winter time check of my two 4 ton dual fuel Units and keep them running top notch when there is a problem with them they fix them very quickly and they go for quite a while longer. Very responsive and I can count on them. I highly recommend them

Had a large outfit come and do an emergency visit. Said my control board was bad and you are not able to get another one or if we do it would cost $1700… or a whole new unit for $15k.. Robbie came and gave me a second opinion. It was the limit switch fixed it for way less!! Great service!! Thank you!!

Robby was great! We woke up and it was 58 in the house and we kept getting error messages with our brand new thermostat. I called him around noon and he was at my house in just a few hours since he was already working in the area. He came in and was able to diagnose the problem with my thermostat. He fixed everything, very thoroughly explained what was wrong and why, and was out in a very short time. He was reasonably priced and made sure I had an email receipt as soon he was finished. We will definitely call him again!

Robby’s heat & air is honest and very dependable. My air went out in the middle of the summer. Robby came out the same day i called him and got my air up and running. As a woman, it’s hard to trust that what they say is wrong is really wrong. He didn’t try to rack up a huge bill. He was honest about what was going on with my unit and gave me advice on things i could do to help my ac unit last longer and run more efficiently. I would recommend Robby’s heat and air for all your hvac needs. Great company!!

Very honest and dependable company. My air completely stopped working in the middle of July. Robby came out the same day i called and had me up and going in no time.
